There have been significant rule changes in the Nevada Eighth Judicial Court. Clark County family lawyers can get current on the recent District Court rules changes at Thursday family law Bench-Bar Meeting this Thursday, August 15 at noon in courtroom 9 at Family Court, 601 North Pecos Road. Attorneys will also have the opportunity to meet newly appointed Judge Rhonda Forsberg. The Legal Aid Center pro bono volunteer of the month will also be awarded at the Family Bench-Bar.

The award was given at the Family Law Bench-Bar meeting. The meetings are held once a month to ensure attorneys have access to all the information they need to practice in the Family Division. Topics covered include recent Nevada Supreme Court rulings, new technology, court news and hot topics.
